Do I have to be a member to use the site? |

No you are completely free to use our site to browse for parks and related information. However we do require you to register (for free) in order to make bookings on-line. We also have a gold membership area which gives you access to other information and resources.

What happens if I want to change or cancel my booking? |
|
You must contact the park directly and as soon as possible. Most parks are understanding of exceptional circumatsnces and will offer you a credit, but this is soley down to the individual parks policy on amendments and cancellations.

Is my booking confirmed 100%. |
|
In most cases the answer is yes. If the park is showing availability then there is no problem in allocating you a pitch. However adverse weather conditions and other factors may affect this and as such the parks do reserve the right to cancel bookings. They should however give you sufficient notice of their intentions prior to your holiday

When will my Credit/Debit card be charged. |
|
Immediately, your card details are verified at the time of making the booking and the funds are taken from your account immediately. Any cancellations, refunds etc are between the park and your self. LDP can not get involved in queries and disputes.
